Disable / Enable OTP

When a member decides to change his mobile device, he needs to disable the Google OTP from within his Coexstar account then enable it using the new device. Please make sure that you follow the steps below because disabling without a new device might cause you delay in accessing your account. Remember that this is a security feature in place to protect your account.

STEP 1) Type https://coexstar.ph.

NOTE: Make sure the link is correct.

STEP 2) Click sign in button on the website, type your username and password. Grab your mobile device and type the fresh OTP. Once signed in, click my account then change information.

STEP 3)  Click disable button.

NOTE: This will automatically kick you out of the website for security. From your old device, go to google authenticator app, delete the account under COEXSTAR.  

STEP 4) Click sign in button on the website, type your username and password. Using your new mobile device, go to google authenticator app, click add/scan new qr code.

STEP 5) Type the fresh OTP on the space provided.

NOTE: OTP refreshes in 30 seconds.

NOTE: Once done, you should be able to be signed in and can use your new device to provide you fresh OTP whenever you log in onto your account.
